Oh hey, #OOTDOctober Day 4! I hope you guys have been enjoying this outfit series so far! I’m really excited for it to cool down so I can give you more sweater weather looks!
I have been gravitating toward lots of florals and prints at the moment, but most have been dark and moody. I decided to switch it up a bit with a bright, rich floral on this dress that I got from Stitch Fix’s plus size offerings! It’s actually an ELOQUII dress designed exclusively for Stitch Fix (if you aren’t familiar with Stitch Fix, head to my post here!). I love that they have pieces that you can’t find anywhere else. ELOQUII had a similar dress in this print but with a high neck and ruffles, I think, but this neckline is much more my style (anyone else with short neck problems? let me know if you feel my pain!). I just received my latest “fix” (aka order) from Stitch Fix and my stylist totally nailed it. Super stoked for these fall pieces!
While I would normally pair a bright print like this with simple, understated accessories, I instead decided to go all in with the bright colors and pair the dress with my pink Kate Spade tote and teal d’orsay pumps! Unfortunately, these are both past season sale finds and therefore no longer available, but I’ll try to link similar items below!
When it gets colder, I’ll definitely be pairing this dress with a black blazer like this one and pumps (these are my favorites) for work. Even though the print is pretty loud, the cut is fairly conservative, so I think it will work for most offices, especially when paired with a blazer and work tote.
That wraps up #OOTDOctober Day 4! If you missed previous posts, you can see all the October OOTDs here!
