THE PERFECT PLUS SIZE SPRING DRESS

Who else is counting down the days until spring? I can’t wait to ditch the coats and layers and show a little skin! Every year, at the tail end of winter, I go on the hunt for the perfect piece to spruce up my wardrobe–a spring dress! My usual spring dress requirements are that it be light, colorful, and casual since it will be a staple piece for the season. This dress from Lane Bryant fits the bill perfectly! I’m still loving off-the-shoulder silhouettes, and I think the trend will stay in full force this season. The full-length, tiered skirt is ideal for transitional, winter-to-spring dressing, and the flirty, pink floral print pairs perfectly with a denim jacket for chilly evenings!

I opted to style this maxi dress with some bright pink and white tassel earrings for a punch of color, and some slide espadrille wedges which are perfect for casual days out. The wedges are wide width and super comfortable for walking around all day! I love the chic, island-y vibe they have, and the bow detail dresses them up just enough to take them from beach to dinner. I’ll definitely be bringing this whole look with me to Singapore for our honeymoon adventures!
