ALL WHITE EVERYTHING

Curvy Girl Chic Plus Size Fashion Blog All White Outfit Idea GatsbyLady 1920s Inspired Dress

Nothing says “I’m ready for Summer” like an all-white outfit!

There is something so put-together about an all-white outfit. White is definitely the most high-maintenance color to wear (at least for me–I’m a stain magnet!), but I love that the cut of this GatsbyLady dress keeps the look feeling dreamy and ethereal! This cape dress is unlike anything else that I own–I love the beaded detailing and the caped-sleeve design. It would be the perfect piece to wear if you’re headed to an all-white party, or even looking for something chic and different for your bridal shower or wedding rehearsal dinner! (For those of you attending FFFW’s annual white party, this dress would be a super cute and unique option!)

I opted to add some textures with my laser-cut clutch and cutaway heels–when wearing a monochrome look, I love to mix things up with different textures, varying shades, and details like beading and cutouts to keep things interesting! Layers, different fabrics, and varying shades of the same color are also a great way to keep a look monochrome but not boring.

GatsbyLady is a new-to-me brand that specializes in 1920’s-inspired pieces, and they are seriously so cute and well-made! They also carry US sizes 0 to 26, which I think is fantastic. I love that the pieces can be styled up to look super vintage and 1920’s, or paired with updated pieces for a look that is unique and current. I’m obsessed with the idea of pairing this dress with a leather jacket and booties for a chic night out! If you’re looking for a great dress for a summer wedding or party, definitely check them out–they have a ton of cute options!

Love this dress and you really do look gorgeous in it! But I really like how you kept it monochrome and added texture to the outfit.

I ordered and received this dress after seeing it on your blog. Loving the style, but you forgot to mention how sheer and see thru it is. Will definitely need a slip. But it is gorgeous!

Aw! Sorry about that! 🙁 I paired it with a nude boybrief and nude tshirt bra–I didn't have any problems, otherwise I would have totally given a heads up!
