A little sweet, and a little tough–the best outfits are all about balance!

You guys all know I love finding out about new launches, so when I found out that JCPenney was launching their Boutique+ brand of trend-driven, plus-size clothing, I was so excited! To make things even better, Ashley Nell Tipton, plus-size fashion darling, designer, and winner of Project Runway, is the brand ambassador! She’ll also be designing pieces for JCPenney under her own brand, which I’m so excited for!The Boutique+ line has an incredible range of sizes, from 14W to 30W (and 0X to 5X) and has some seriously cute pieces–I have my eye on this romper for an upcoming trip! This moto vest and pleated skirt combo is one I’ll be rocking all Spring, and I can’t wait to mix and match the pieces with other items in my wardrobe! How fabulous would this vest be with denim cutoffs and sneakers, or this skirt with a lacy crop top? The one bit of advice I would give is to definitely check the size chart. I picked up my usual sizes and they ended up just a touch too big on me. After consulting the size chart, I realized I could have sized down. Definitely take a look before you purchase! 🙂What do you guys think of the launch? Have your eye on anything?
