It’s been a hot minute since I got into a pair of flares, but you can’t deny that this shape makes your legs look a mile long! I’m currently living for the denim on denim trends I’ve seen pop up, and today, I’m partnering with Old Navy to show you my feminine take on the style!
A great pair of jeans is an essential in any closet, and those of you who’ve followed me for a while know that one of my go-to styles is the Old Navy Rockstar skinny jean. I decided to step a bit outside my comfort zone, though, and rock a flared style for this look instead! I love that these jeans make my legs look crazy long, which is never a bad thing. A classic denim on denim look usually involves a chambray button down, but I wanted to mix it up a bit with this off the shoulder top! Off-shoulder tops and dresses are my favorite items to wear right now, and I love the ruffled detail and pale blue shade of this chambray style!
When shopping for flares, I always look for slightly longer styles that can be paired with heels or wedges to maximize the leg-lengthening effect. I also opt for a clean wash, so I can dress the jeans down for daytime like I did here, or go a little fancier with a chic black top, some sparkly accessories, and a strappy heel!
