With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, I thought it would be fun to get the boy out from behind the lens and plop him down in front of it! ♥
The few weeks leading up to Valentine’s Day always feels kind of special. I know people gripe about it bring a commercial holiday, but to me, it’s just such a nice reminder to slow down and celebrate love!
Every Valentine’s Day, the boy and I plan a little getaway–this year, we’re headed back to Hawaii, which I’m SO excited about! We’ll be going snorkeling, laying out, eating spam musibi and sushi, and of course, exploring the island. I’ll definitely be bringing this swingy dress from Gwynnie Bee with me–I love the mid-thigh length and polka dot print. So perfect for a beachfront dinner date! Before taking them off to go run through the waves, I had the dress styled with ankle boots, and a small satchel to carry my essentials. Sometimes, simple is better!
