PLAYFUL COLORS FOR FALL

Just because it’s fall doesn’t mean you have to put all your bright, playful colors away! I’m really enjoying my pieces from Blair Eadie’s collection with Nordstrom, and decided to mix up the colors with this pink blazer and green pleated skirt combo! I don’t usually love pleated items since tight pleats don’t hang well on my shape, but this skirt is actual perfection! It’s so good I even kept it in the pink colorway. haha 😛 The heavy weight of this pink blazer (it feels more like a coat, really), makes it the perfect fall-to-winter-spring jacket for Southern California! With a cute scarf, this could definitely be a go-to when the weather is in the 50’s and 60’s. I can’t wait to pair it with jeans and boots for a cute, casual daytime look!

The skirt is probably going to end up in heavy rotation because it pairs back to black so well. The colors in it are mint green, dark green, and black, making it super versatile! I think this would look amazing paired with a slightly oversized black knit and ankle boots for a cozy look. It could also be dressed up easily with some strappy heels and a velvet or sequined tank! I’ll probably be pairing it most often with a tee and moto jacket, personally, but that can probably be said of most of the bottoms I own. hahaha
