Kimonos and fringe will forever hold a special place in my heart, so imagine my joywhen I came across this tasseled wonder! I love the way the fringe swishes about as I move, and the light, airy chiffon fabric is perfect for hot summer days! I kept it simply with a white tank and light denim shorts–a perfect look for a day at the park!
