FALL FLORALS WITH BLOOMINGDALE’S

I’m currently transitioning my wardrobe for fall and updating with some trend pieces in the process! I took to Bloomingdale’s to do a little shopping for fall and winter and picked up so many great pieces!

One of my favorite trends for this season is dark floral prints! I love the way a print that is traditionally emblematic of spring takes a turn for the darker side with a dark base and simple color scheme. Paired with black and edgy accents, dark florals make for a romantic fall look! The off shoulder trend is also carrying well into fall, but adapted for the season with long sleeves and moodier prints. This top from Lauren Ralph Lauren fits the bill perfectly with billowy sleeves and a dark navy and cream print. I love the slightly longer length, which is great for pairing with these sleek Lauren Ralph Lauren leggings.

I opted to style this look with edgier accents–the tiny studs on these Sigerson Morrison boots and Nasty Gal bag are just enough to keep the look from being too girly! A sparkly pair of earrings is just enough to dress up the look, making this a great day-to-night look. Since I don’t have pierced ears, it can be hard for me to find cute clip-on options, so I was thrilled to find this pair from Carolee at Bloomingdale’s!
