END OF SUMMER DRESSES

I can’t believe summer is already coming to an end, but with this heat wave, it definitely doesn’t feel like it! Today, I’ll be sharing two dresses looks perfect for end-of-summer parties, and to transitioning into fall! Both looks are from new-to-the-market, plus size brand SONCY, which carries budget-friendly pieces (nothing is over $100), in sizes up to a US32! I’ve been really impressed with the quality of the pieces I’ve tried so far, but these two dresses take the cake for me! The SONCY Cut. It. Out. sleeveless dress requires a little bra magic (highly recommend a sticky bra if you have one!), since the cutout means a traditional bra might be visible. I love that this dress is linen, and the blush color is so on trend and brings to mind much pricier trend pieces! The button detail is super cute (and functional, in case you were wondering), and the fabric weight is perfect for hot summer nights! You could easily transition this piece to fall with a denim or moto jacket and ankle booties, or even get creative with layering underneath! I opted to keep things summery since it’s still in the 90’s here, and styled it with just a structured bamboo bag and strappy heels.

The second dress look I’m loving is the Walk The Line striped dress from SONCY! I opted to pair it with a white cami for a little extra coverage, but the deep v-neck is super sexy and I think the dress would make for a great beach cover up as well! I paired it with simple strappy heels and a straw bag for a casual, chic, daytime occasion look. Need a brunch outfit? Consider it DONE.
