Curvy Girl Chic Plus Size Fashion Blog: Currently Coveting Wide Calf Boots
[[ shop them here! one.   two.   three.   four.   five. ]]

In the past week, Southern California weather has done a complete 180 and it’s now super cold and rainy. I can feel a cold coming on (ugh!), and in this chilly weather, all I want to do is layer on sweaters, scarves, and jeans! What better to pair with those than some new boots, right?! ๐Ÿ˜€

I invest in a new pair each year, and I know how difficult it can be to find cute wide calf boots, so I’ve rounded up 5 of my favorites this season! They’re all gorgeous and are true plus-size/wide calf boots with over 17″ circumferences. I’m particularly in love with number two’s gorgeous rich purple-ish hue. How amazing would those look with black skinny jeans or leggings and a slouchy, oversized sweater?? Adding to my cart now.

Are boots one of your Fall wardrobe staples? What are some of your faves? โ™ฅ

I've been a follower of your blog for a while, and I love your style and the outfits you put together. I'm no stranger to having trouble finding boots to fit my calves. Could you please share with us where you found those boots? Thanks

I have a very hard time with boots. My calves are 20-21 inches, but I only wear a 8 1/2 – 9 shoe & I have fat ankles as well. I bought 2 pair from Torrid 3 years ago and haven't found any that fit since. I rd every plus blog in hopes of finding another pair. Maybe this year will work.

Love your boot finds! I searched high and low forever to find some to fit my 17 1/2" calves and I finally found them at Old Navy online. Just search keyword "wide calf" and it brings you right to them. They have a 17" circumference, but somehow they fit me perfectly! ๐Ÿ™‚

When it's super cold outside I always wished to have a good pair of boots where my feet could snuggle, unfortunately for me I never found boots who would fit me at the stores in my town and I'm a little bit scared to buy them online. But I love those pairs of boots you have here! They're all so cute and perfect for when it's cold!

I am really enjoying boots all year long. I love wearing them with pants or dresses. I am eyeing a pair of Vince Camuto boots.

I don't own any boots, because I can never find any that fit my calves. #2 are definitely cute. The site they're on could be rather dangerous ๐Ÿ˜‰

    Try http://www.bennettsboots.com
High quality leather boots that come in up to 4 different calf widths for each shoe size, meaning you can get a boot that fits you the way you want it to.
