FESTIVE FEELINGS - Curvy Girl Chic

We’re officially at the one week mark until Christmas! I’m feeling super festive at the moment, and I couldn’t think of a more holiday appropriate look than something that includes sequins, velvet, AND white, fluffy knits! This look is the perfect casual holiday outfit for when you don’t need to dress up but still want to feel a little extra, or for warmer climates where a coat wouldn’t be the most practical. I also love that this sweater is basically a blanket in clothing form–I’ve been wrapping up in this thing since I got it! I’m lowkey obsessed with the winter white color, too. The fluffiness and color just remind me of snow! hehe 😀 The sequin tank is also on the more toned down side since the rose gold sequins themselves are a matte finish, and the dark wine shade of the velvet skirt dresses up the whole look just a little bit. Since comfort is key during the holidays, I opted for simple black ankle boots (when do I not, TBH) that I can usually wear for hours! I think this is a great outfit idea for when you’re meeting up for casual drinks with friends, or even for a festive family dinner.
