So happy to be adding more beautiful matching pieces to my lingerie collection! This time, I tested out Cacique’s scalloped lace boost balconette bra, in the most gorgeous yellow and purple tropical floral motif! The bright yellow lace is such a stunning detail, and I feel like this set belongs on a tropical vacation. Honeymooning in Fiji, Hawaii, or the Maldives, perhaps? BRING THIS SET!
I love how wide the band across the back is. As someone who still gets self conscious about her back rolls (self-love is a process, ok?), I really appreciate that the wide band and U-back design ensures that the bra doesn’t dig into my back or sides. The shoulder straps are also well cushioned but not overly wide where it looks like a sports bra! As much as I want and need support, I still like my lingerie to look delicate (or at least, delicate-ish!).
When I saw that Cacique also has a matching panty and robe in this print, I knew I had to pick them up as a set! Forever grateful to have cute patterns and styles available in plus sizes! The bra is actually available in bands sizes from 32 to 48, and cup sizes A through H, which is amazing! As someone who has a large band size but not a large cup size, the range is so appreciated. I also found that across Cacique’s different styles of bras, their sizing consistency is great. I feel confident ordering my usual size in pretty much every style I pick up, which is great considering that I prefer to shop online for the most variety!
