#OOTDOctober 10: BOOHOO PLUS

Without a doubt, the best part of fall fashion is the outerwear and boots! It is definitely still on the hot side here in Cali, but I’ve been enjoying breaking out my lighter layers to spice my outfits up a bit! I picked this pink duster up from Boohoo Plus during one of their sales and I love it! It isn’t lined so it’s on the thinner side, making it a great transition piece. I love the gold button details on it! My experience with Boohoo Plus has been hit or miss in the past–some pieces are amazing quality and a total steal, and others you kind of get what you pay for. I expected this jacket to be a bit heavier and structured, but it feels more like a long cardigan than anything else. While it won’t necessarily work as a coat, I’m loving it for these cooler early fall nights!

I paired the jacket with a simple white tank from Old Navy. They’re my favorite tanks ever and currently on sale for $12 + an additional 30% off! My whites get dingy kind of fast (makeup, spaghetti sauce, my dog…there’s just no keeping these white), so I love stocking up on these when they go on sale! I had a scare when I last went to the store and they were being clearanced out…they might be discontinuing them, which would totally break my heart! I’m actually on Old Navy’s website right now, stocking up just in case!

The jeans are from Slink Jeans, which is one of the best plus size denim brands, in my humble opinion. Their jeans are such great quality, and they always have cute new styles in a ton of washes! The only thing I would note is to size down as I found that their jeans run a full size large. I slipped my go-to pair of wide calf over the knee boots over the jeans and threw on my favorite long gold necklace from gorjana. #OOTDOctober Day 10, done!
