Be totally honest. When you think of Wet Seal, what comes to mind? For me, it brings me back to my middle school days of flared jeans and 4-inch foamy platform sandals. I’d ditch class (sorry mom & dad), plaster my walls with posters, and have deep intellectual conversations about who was better–Backstreet Boys or ‘N Sync.
All kidding aside, Wet Seal has come a long way since then. Sure, they still have your usual junior plus items, but they also have some awesome gems like this dress, which I am in absolute LOVE with. The wavy striped print is so modern but feels a little Japanese print-inspired, and the fit is comfy perfection. Can’t wait to wear it bare-legged in the summer! ♥
What do you guys think of Wet Seal’s new plus size offerings? I’m pretty psyched to have a new (old?) place to shop! 😀

Wet Seal is perhaps one of my favorite companies as far as Juniors fashion is concerned. They make very cute fashions for girls. The 80s-born, 90s child in me would rather appreciate flared jeans and platforms MUCH more than almost anything overkilled '80s. As for this outfit, I adore your sweet style here, Allison. Top to bottom loveliness with some nice accessories and a lovely pair of mary jane pumps. Très chic!

I was just thinking the same thing when I saw Wet Seal in your post! Oh, the good old days when we were young and didn't have any real world things to care about, haha. But I realized Wet Seal has raised it's price since the middle school days and wonder if middle schoolers these days are just getting a bigger allowance!
